Role overview
VSO has a number of key contracts with DFID including the Knowledge Exchange, a 3 year contract that supports the integration of corporate volunteering into VSOs programming.
This role will initially take on the management of the Knowledge Exchange contract, coordinating all aspects of compliance, liaison between stakeholders in the four country offices and other teams within VSO, and managing the relationship with DFID including reporting and finance. Over time, the role may take on other DFID contracts as part of VSO's Contract Management Unit as required.
Skills, qualifications and experience
You will be a well organised and effective project/grant manager with experience of coordinating multi-country projects. You will understand the needs and norms of donor management (ideally DFID) and be well versed in donor reporting including financial reporting. You will be a strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and bring complex sets of information together to form high quality reports for varied audiences.Competencies and Behaviour
