Role overview
This role is integral in raising the vital funds we need for our programmes. Working in the Supporter Engagement team to project manage campaigns across a range of media including on digital platforms.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in fundraising or marketing with a proven track record of delivery in digital and traditional channels.
You will be closely involved in new projects launching this year and so this is a really exciting time to be joining our growing team.
You will end to end project manage fundraising campaigns across a range of media that could include digital platforms, email, mail, face to face, DRTV, telemarketing and SMS. You will be responsible for the briefing and management of the creative and data elements of existing and new fundraising campaigns including proposing and measuring testing. As part of a friendly Supporter Engagement team you will support colleagues in digital skills. You will be closely involved in the set-up and management of new fundraising streams for VSO helping shape our fundraising programme.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Proven track record of delivering direct marketing campaigns (ideally in a fundraising environment) across both online and traditional media.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong and positive communication and influencing skills.
A passion for learning and professional development for yourself and your team.
A numerate and analytical person, you are comfortable analysing results and proposing testing for campaigns.
