Responsibilities:
Programme Management:
Organize regular project coordination meetings with project team and consortium partners. • Ensure budget utilization and physical target achievements are reviewed at least once a month as per work plan. • Ensure project implementation is on time, target, and budget to reach desired impacts.
Monitoring:
• Assess the activities undertaken and ensure efficient use of resources. • Undertake regular field visits to provide guidance and supervision as well as regularly monitor the progress of project activities.
Data management and Reporting:
Responsible for setting up and maintaining an electronic database to capture information for the project. • Ensure timely and regular reporting from the partner, review reports, and provide the necessary feedback for the quality report.
Capacity bulding:
Build the capacity of implementing partners on database management • Provide regular capacity development training on collection of case studies, impact studies, evidence-based learning to partners.
