Role overview
* We are looking for a strategic powerhouse when it comes to education in development! Someone who can develop and grow our global portfolio in Education programming.
* The post holder will manage and work with a globally dispersed team so excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.
Skills, qualifications and experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in influencing and delivering results cross-organisationally at senior level in large, complex development organization
* Experience of creating and maintaining a high performing, globally dispersed team
* Experience programme design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning management and leadership
