I’m looking for a Brand Manager to give some long-term strategic direction to embedding, championing and managing the VSO and ICS brands in a way that inspires all our partners, staff and volunteers.
Role overview
* You’ll be joining us at an exciting time. We’re rolling out a new creative approach to our brand, but need your strategic insight and direction to develop this effectively and integrate it with a high-value 5-year public fundraising campaign.
* We also need help Identifying strategic opportunities for the development of the ICS brand, our international development programme for young volunteers based in the UK.
* We also have an ambitious new organisational strategy which needs articulating for internal and external stakeholders.
* You’ll provide specialist consultancy and advice to help colleagues engage with our purpose, and manage a wide range of projects and campaigns to help global colleagues deliver our brand effectively in our communications.
* And you'll also be responsible for reviewing all the branded material, campaigns and updates that go out across all our channels.
* It’s a very exciting time for the Marketing team as VSO expands its influence globally. Right now, VSO is bringing justice to rape survivors in Pakistan, building disaster prevention mechanisms in Mozambique, ending stigma against disabled children in Ethiopia and tackling the youth skills gap in Uganda and Bangladesh.

Skills, qualifications and experience
