Role overview
This is a great opportunity to work for an inspirational organisation and a vibrant, friendly team. We are experiencing a busy and exciting time at VSO and need an experienced pair of hands to guide the employee recruitment function.
We are looking for an Employee Resourcing Advisor to support the end to end employee recruitment process. This varied role will involve all aspects of the journey from resourcing, direct sourcing, candidate management, selection, on-boarding, training and events. There are opportunities to get involved in a variety of projects and events.
Skills, qualifications and experience
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can provide exemplary customer service to our hiring managers and candidates through the resourcing journey. You will work as part of close knit team so excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience of working in a recruitment role.
* Excellent customer service and administrative skills and a high attention to detail.
* Previous experience in using an applicant tracking system.
Experience of recruiting in an international context or within a complex organisation is desirable but not essential.
This is fixed term contract until 31 May 2020 with the possibility of extension.
