Role overview
VSO is looking for a talented individual with excellent experience in recruiting new supporters utilizing direct marketing. Right now is an exciting time to join VSO as we implement strategies to significantly expand our supporter base, connect donors with those they seek to help and raise unrestricted income. We have ambitious growth plans to deliver improved outcomes in international development. Fundraising is crucial to this so we need an experienced individual to help us launch new products and manage campaigns across different channels.

You will be a vital part of connecting VSO, supporters and those we work with. You will do this by developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that convey the power of how communities and volunteers around the world can overcome inequality and poverty.

The Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition) will sit within our Supporter Engagement team, who are responsible for engaging new and existi ng audiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about how international development can overcome inequality and poverty, and bring enthusiasm and experience as to how our fundraising can contribute to this.
