Role overview
* This role is integral in raising the vital funds we need for our programmes. Working in the Supporter Engagement team to project manage campaigns across digital and traditional media
* We are looking for someone who is experienced in fundraising or marketing with a proven track record of delivery in digital channels.
* You will be closely involved in new projects launching this year and so this is a really exciting time to be joining our growing team.
* You will end to end project manage fundraising campaigns across a range of media, with a focus on digital. This could include PPC, paid social media, display, email, mail, face to face, DRTV, telemarketing and SMS.
* You will be responsible for the campaign management of existing and new fundraising campaigns. You’ll be proposing and measuring testing to drive our programme forward, as well as overseeing creative execution and targeting.
* As part of a friendly Supporter E ngagement team you will support colleagues in digital skills.
* You will be closely involved in the set-up and management of new fundraising streams for VSO helping shape our fundraising programme.
Skills, qualifications and experience
* Proven track record of delivering direct marketing campaigns (ideally in a fundraising environment) across a range of online media.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong and positive communication and influencing skills.
* A passion for learning and professional development for yourself and your team.
* A numerate and analytical person, you are comfortable analysing results and proposing testing for campaigns.
