The Project Manager will lead in the coordination, implementation and successful delivery of the UT High Dosage Research Project in close collaboration with Imagine Worldwide as well as supporting due diligence and management of new pilot locations and partners.
As a project manager you're responsible for project planning and implementation You coordinate the implementation of all the UT High Dosage Research Project activities involving key partners and stakeholders, such as Imagine Worldwide, onebillion, and Ministry of Education Science and Technology. You ensure that the project meets all objectives and support communication with partners and relevant stakeholders to who inform and influence project decision making. You are also the focal point with the project donors 2.
You make sure M&E standards are met You lead the delivery of appropriate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for the project Ensure that the schools have adequate support Conduct periodical review meetings Organise and coordinate visits by project partners
Knowledge management is the key You facilitate activities to enhance implementation learning and seek opportunities to present project progress at key public forums. You coordinate with M&E project staff on any communication related to evaluation findings. You support documentation of learning as it relates to various aspects of project implementation
You develop and maintain partnerships as well as assess new partnership opportunities You ensure cohesion amongst all project partners to encourage an integrated project approach. You support development of new partnerships by building relationships and assessing new pilot opportunities.
Financial Management has no secrets for you: You lead on the project's financial management ensuring accountability, reporting and analysis of financial expenditures to management.
