Role Overview:
To assure that all forms of exclusion, and disability in particular, are embedded as a core approach across all VSO programmes.
Key skills and experience:
- Relevant post graduate qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in providing internal leadership around Disability, Inclusion and Gender (DIG)
- Developing VSO's capacity, knowledge and expertise on Social inclusion
- Provide support by advising both new and existing programs and projects to be more disability inclusive
- Ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation in inclusion and disability
- Effective engagement within VSO and with partners
