Role overview
To lead / manage health projects on a day-to-day basis to contribute to the delivery of the programme at the quality and outcome desired and as per the time and budget specifications.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Master's Degree in Public Health and a background in Medicine or Nursing or other related relevant fields . Minimum of five years' work experience in Maternal Child and New born Health related intervention program/project management of which at least three years shall be in INGO. Proven Project management experience which includes project designing, implementation, coordination, provision of technical guidance to partners including health facilities, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting. Good understanding of the country Health system and working relationship with or experience in Government health bureau/hospitals. Ability to demonstrate: Planning and Time Management - Able to prioritise tasks, manage time and tight schedules, work effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines Representation and negotiation skills - ability to negotiate difficult deals and maintain relations with stakeholders.
