Role overview
Salesforce Administrator / Developer -** £35-38k per annum
You’ll work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional IT team to manage our global Salesforce systems.
Your duties will include managing environments and release strategy, owning and updating security configuration, creating organisational reports and developing custom functionality to implement change requests in the system. You will consider our long term organisational strategy to make recommendations and lead initiatives to ensure we grow the platform and make best use of capabilities whilst adhering to a sound change delivery process.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
We are looking for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is pro-active, self-motivated and able to communicate clearly and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. We are also looking for someone who is highly organised and can evidence working to tight deadlines.
Extensive Salesforce experience in areas such as system configuration, custom object development, workflows, flow triggers and dashboards/reports is a must, together with Salesforce Administrator 201 certification. Experience with Apex development, Visualforce or integration with other platforms would be a distinct advantage. Further Salesforce administrator / developer certification would also be desirable.
