Role overview
Manage the production of all VSO communication materials/projects from brief through to delivery, on time and within budget. All print and digital artwork will need to be designed by the creative designer or managed closely with a range of freelancers. Need to be able to think creatively while keeping to VSO's Brand Guidelines.
Skills, qualifications and experience
- Knowledge of Adobe design packages, including creative suite, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Formal design qualification, (HND/degree)
- Substantial experience of developing creative material for multiple channels across fundraising, marketing and communications campaign
- Experienced in developing and interpreting creative briefs and planning / managing multiple design projects.
- Experience of working in an agency or large organisation as a creative/graphic designer.
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects with competing priorities and working to tight deadlines.
