Role overview
The post holder will provide statistical and quality data and analysis to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation and continuous improvement of the Resourcing Function.
Skills, qualifications and experience
The ideal applicant will have significant experience of the efficient collection, synthesis and analysis of complex and high volume data, including both impact and statistical data.
You will need strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance data and communicate recommendations. Candidates will also need to be IT literate and have experience in using Excel and other data management systems for complex data analysis, as well as experience in managing data quality.
This role could be based in London, Nairobi or Manila.
