Role overview The post holder will drive the continual improvement in data quality, conduct data imports and synchronisations with data held in other databases, and support the production of segmented data selections for marketing activity. They will also contribute to the development of database solutions that make us more efficient and able to provide an excellent supporter experience.
Skills, qualifications and experience required The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of handling and querying large/ complex data sets and significant experience of supporter or customer databases. They will be organised, able to problem solve, have an excellent attention to detail, and have a restless enthusiasm for the continual improvement in data, processes and their own understanding.
